On receipt of your quote please check through it carefully to make sure everything is as it should be before ordering. Any returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.
On acceptance of your goods please check all boxes for damage and to make sure you have been supplied with the correct products. Any discrepancies will need to be reported within 48 hours. Anything reported after this time frame will be subject to the supplier’s terms.
PAYMENT
We require 50% of the total invoice amount on ordering the goods and the balance before we release the goods. If long term storage is required, we reserve the right to request full payment within 15 days of ordering. Long term storage may be subject to a further charge.
DELIVERY
Pre-arranged delivery of goods to site can be made at an additional cost. Most of our deliveries are made via a third-party service.
RETURNING GOODS THAT ARE NO LONG REQUIRED OR HAVE BEEN ORDERED BY CUSTOMER ERROR
Please contact us before retuning any items to the shop. Items need to be in the original packaging, undamaged and resaleable. All items are subject to our inspection and will only be refunded if we believe they are in suitable condition and once we have received a credit from our supplier. The terms of returning items are as below;
Tiles/Flooring: Tiling and flooring are worked out according to the design with the recommended amount of wastage in mind. Although we try to be as accurate as possible, the overall amount will depend on pattern, who's tiling and tile spacers. Extra may be required, or you may end up with surplus. We always advise that you keep a box of tiles in case you need them in the future. We also strongly recommend that you check that the amount of tiles we are ordering is correct with the person that will be tiling or check it yourself. We cannot be held responsible for any downfalls in calculations. Most tile suppliers will accept tiles to be returned within 30 days of delivery from the supplier but will be subject to a collection fee and restocking fee.
General Bathroom Items: Most suppliers will accept return of goods within 14 days and will apply a minimum restocking charge of 25%.
Stock Items: For any products we stock on the shelves in our store (adhesives, grouts and trims), we offer a full refund, providing they are in a resaleable condition and returned within 4 weeks of invoice.
Made to Order Items: Any items made to order are non-returnable.
Ex-Display Items: These are items are sold as seen and under no circumstances are returnable. Spare parts (if available) will be charged for. Any odd packs of tiles and flooring sold off from our store room will have different batch numbers and differences are to be expected.
DESIGN FEES
We offer the initial design, mood board and quote, including one set of alterations, free of charge. Any further alterations or re-working of the designs and mood boards will be charged at a hourly rate of £25 + vat.
