We were asked to design a set of shower rooms for a block of 4 flats. The flats were renovated to sell so we wanted to create a wow factor that would photograph well in the property particulars.
As there was no natural light in the shower rooms, we kept the overall design light but with a bold wall of colour to reflect the arty street that these flats are situated on – Chapel Street.
We choose Vanity Hall basin units so that we had the choice of colour and we knew they would stand the test of time. Simple push to open drawers make for a sleek look whilst also being super practical in a small space as there are no handles to bump into. The vinyl floor bought some warmth to the scheme along with warmth underfoot.
A beautifully sympathetic renovation in an iconic street in Penzance. Works by Paladin Southwest.
