This bold and dramatic bathroom was designed with a gym loving family in mind. The vast shower space makes for seamless quick showers after the gym or long hot showers to soothe those muscles.
The large black slate tray is perfect for this tall family, blending beautifully with the dark tiles. Double basins put sharing at ease. Black brassware adds extra drama and looks stunning against the patterned blue tiles. The clients fell in love with the large black mirror in our showroom and we think it works perfectly with the tiles, repeating the same shape the pattern creates.
Blue is an ongoing theme running through this design with hints in the large dark tiles, the feature tiles and we even used blue grout, all topped off with shale blue paint for the ceiling and walls – perfection!
The installers felt vinyl flooring would be the best option as the floor was quite unstable, so we used a dark wood effect that pairs very well with the rest of the room.
The lit shower niche really helps to illuminate the corner of the shower that otherwise would have been quite dark, accentuating the beautiful pattern in the tiles.
