Modern Heritage Bathroom in the Heart of Newlyn.
Nestled in a characterful terraced cottage on one of Newlyn’s iconic cobbled streets, this bathroom was designed to complement the charm and history of the property. The client wanted a space that felt in keeping with the traditional features of the home, while still offering modern comfort and style.
To achieve this, we selected beautiful gold brassware from BC Designs and paired it with classic Vanity Hall furniture, both of which add warmth and timeless appeal. The deep green tiles bring richness to the room, while the window recesses (set far back due to the thick stone walls) were tiled in a lighter tone to help bounce light around and brighten the space.
This bathroom blends the best of old and new, with a palette that nods to heritage style but a layout and finish that suits contemporary living.
