Across the three en-suites and cloakroom in this grand Newlyn home, we carried through a cohesive design brief, neutral tones, high-spec finishes, and sleek black brassware for a crisp, modern look. Each space had a slightly different layout and function, so we kept the overall aesthetic unified while adding practical touches that made sense for how the rooms would be used.
Two of the en-suites feature walk-in wet room showers with inset shelving built into the tilework for a tidy and seamless storage solution. The third en-suite includes a bath with shower over, creating a relaxing, versatile space that still feels smart and minimal. The cloakroom was a chance to have a little fun, with patterned green floor tiles, a deep green wall-mounted basin.
Throughout the house, we used large format tiles for a clean, uninterrupted finish, and added warmth with wood-effect panels, soft textiles and ambient backlit mirrors. These bathrooms are a great example of thoughtful design that blends function and beauty, each one individual, but very much part of the same story.
